1 - Your demo is almost 3 minutes long. Seriously, I think I cannot stress enough to other people, if you want people who don't know you to actually dive in and listen to your demo, I'd suggest making it 1 minute flat. Not only does it strive you in making as many voices/acting scenarios in the least of time, it shows producers or whatever how good you work under pressure.
2- Introducing yourself in a demo? It would be understandable if you gave it in a jewel-case CD to a pro studio but over at the Interbutts, even if you post your clips and mp3's you have to title it. Using the title on alternative places like Box.net, Esnips.com and even zShare.com, you'll note that most of the uploaded stuff in there have titles and are bound to a user. If you use YouTube, which you did, you have the Author's comment box, annotations to introduce yourself. Why am I being such a grippy person? Because you killed the flow right in the beginning. Like water, if you cause a big halt in it's progress, it'll dry up. And by drying up, I meant the interest of others.
3- First of all, I've noted not a lot of differences between the voices. The most 'different' ones are Axel and Batman, because those actually required you to change pitch, maybe change the flow of your breathing and had a case-scenario more realistic then the other characters you were trying to voice. Secondly, the 'Young' voice you said " (...) scum, like you, (...) " in between scum and like, you've not only placed a comma, you've placed a PAUSE. Now, that's either in intentional, which I believe it was or it was meant to be different. Either way, it sounded bad in my view. In films, you don't hear people say " Scum, pause, like you...! " No they just let the sentence out without no control, because it's an insult. It's meant to hurt someone. The best way to hurt someone? Hard and fast. Another case, Hakumen, which is a rather dramatic character, you made him sound slightly emotionless. Hakumen is meant to be justice incarnated facing his brother correct? Make him doubt that justice. Make him fear the pain he'll deliver. Make him stutter, sweat under those shins of armour before even thinking of delivering that blow. You just made him whisper. And that's not cool, yo, you had such an amazing scene in your repertoire and you kinda wasted it.
Yeah, it was long. Sorry. I just think that what you've delivered in a form of demo was slightly poor compared to the stuff I've heard you do. And I've been digging up a lot of stuff you've done in order to write this post. Yeah, I don't want to step in your toes, but then again, sometimes one has to hammer all 10 of them in order to give you another ideal in what to improve.
